Note: this is a d.i.y (do it yourself) kit, NO installation instruction included. Professonal installation is strongly recommended.We do not teach how to install.

Mounting instructions:

The dump valve is mounted with the big opening between the inlet manifold and the intercooler.

You have to drill a hole in the inlet tube and then you have to mount the connecting piece.

The dump valve is mounted on the connecting piece by using a piece of flexible hose,or you can connect the Dump valve directly on the connecting piece.

Make sure that the connection is sealed by using the ring of the connecting piece.

Opens the dump valve while pulling up,than you have to mount the metal washers in the dump valve to make the spring stronger

Pay attention

The yellow wire that is connected to the throttle pedal sensor must NOT have a higher voltage of 5 volt by full throttle. This is when the pedal is completely pressed down.
