Return & Refund Policy
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you’re human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products, subject to the following conditions:
1. Contact us within 7 days after items received.
Note: If you contact us after 7 days, we will consider item be used in your possession. We will not refund you or replace it for you, because it can not be resold. No Exceptions.
2. Ship the item back to US within 30 days after we agree on the Return.
Note: Overdue return will not get refund or replacement.
3. All returned items must be in original package with all components and accessories, product in full original condition. Then both seller and buyer cancel the transaction from Aliexpress, or customer choose to have the replacement.

3. Installation problem: some vehicles may can not install our product because of small installation space or installation position doesn’t fit etc. Please read product size carefully before placing order.
4. Natural disaster: damage because of irresistible natural disaster like earthquake, flood etc.
