Unscrew the bolt horizontally to avoid the falling of the little shim.
Using the safty chain, put the small circle across the hole on the metal buckle, tie to the ring of your key by the string on the other side.
Put the screw across the ring of your key.
Tighten the screw, making sure the latter part of the key is outside the case.
Turn the whole stuff upside down and push the key hard into the case.
Check the screw, make sure the shim is totally flattened and tightened.
